Nadya joined Burd Ward in November 2021 as a Residential Conveyancing Property Solicitor and now heading our Property Team.

Nadya has over 20 years’ experience dealing with various property transactions including sales, purchases and refinancing as well as complex titles, high value transactions, first registrations and lease matters.

Nadya also handles some commercial property matters.

Nadya has worked on the Wirral and in Liverpool for many years and written articles in the local press so well known to our local clients. Nadya was born in Russia, however has lived in the UK for over 20 years and, being bilingual, able to assist clients from many Eastern European countries in addition to the local clients.
