Kash Mahmood has been a solicitor for over 25 years and is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel — a national accreditation awarded only to solicitors who demonstrate a recognised level of expertise in child law. He specialises in child care law and family matters concerning the welfare of children, advising parents, carers, and families across the Wirral and Merseyside.

Kash previously ran his own firm Solicitorhelp.com before joining Burd Ward Solicitors in June 2022. A long-standing senior member of St John Ambulance, Kash was admitted as a Member of the Order of St John (MStJ) on 21 April 2026 by His Majesty’s Sign Manual, in recognition of his voluntary service.
