Ngaire Culshaw is a key member of our Residential Conveyancing team at Burd Ward Solicitors, working as a Conveyancing Technician. She assists clients across Wirral and Merseyside with all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

With a Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice, Ngaire is currently advancing her qualifications to become a Licensed Conveyancer. She combines her technical knowledge with a friendly, jargon-free approach that helps put clients at ease during what can be a stressful process.

Ngaire is passionate about delivering clear, practical advice and prides herself on building strong client relationships based on trust and communication.
Outside the office, Ngaire enjoys films, reading, motorbikes, walking her dogs, and spending quality time with her family. She’s also an avid online gamer, using it as a way to unwind and relax.
