Family Law Solicitor Job Vacancy – Wallasey

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Family Law Solicitor to join our well-established legal team in Wallasey.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive team environment handling a varied and rewarding caseload including:

  • 👪 Public Law – Pre-proceedings and Care Proceedings
  • ⚖ Private Law – Child Arrangements, Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps applications
  • 🛡 Domestic Abuse – Non-molestation and Occupation Orders
  • 💔 Separation – Divorce, financial matters, and cohabitation disputes

What We’re Looking For

  • ✅ Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
  • ✅ Experience in both public and private family law matters
  • ✅ Confidence to manage your own caseload independently
  • ✅ Strong advocacy skills and courtroom experience
  • ✅ Excellent communication and client care abilities
