We are delighted to congratulate Kash Mahmood on his reaccreditation to The Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme. The accreditation recognises his continued specialist knowledge and experience in children law.
What is the Children Law Accreditation?
The Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation is a recognised quality standard for solicitors who practise in children law.
Members must demonstrate specialist knowledge, experience and expertise in this complex area of law. They must also continue to meet the standards set by The Law Society to maintain their accreditation.
The scheme helps clients identify solicitors who have particular expertise in representing children, parents and other parties in children law proceedings.
Kash Mahmood’s experience in children law
Kash joined Burd Ward Solicitors in 2022 and has been a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel for more than 20 years.
He specialises in cases involving children, particularly care proceedings and other complex matters where social services become involved.
Kash represents parents and other family members in proceedings concerning the welfare and future care of children. He brings many years of specialist experience to cases that can often be extremely difficult and stressful for the families concerned.
Continued Children Law Accreditation
Kash’s latest Children Law Accreditation demonstrates his continued commitment to this specialist area of practice. It also reflects the high professional standards expected of members of The Law Society’s accreditation scheme.
His reaccreditation strengthens the specialist expertise available within our Family Law team. We advise and represent families across Wirral and Merseyside in a wide range of children law matters.
Congratulations to Kash on another well-deserved reaccreditation.
