It makes sense to be prepared for the future, so it’s important to have the right things in place.

Whether you want to make a Will, have somebody manage things when someone dies or maybe set up a trust, we will give you the best legal advice to get it right and help you get your affairs in order. Making a *Will is important for different reasons. It means the people who you want to benefit, will do, the people you don’t, won’t and potential uncertainties and problems will be dealt with and thus avoided. Wills are particularly important where young children may be the beneficiaries as provision needs to be made in the Will as to who is to be responsible for looking after not only the children themselves, but the money which is due to them. We’re here to make sure your wishes are legally documented.

*Your Will must be reviewed periodically, to take into account any changes as it may be that certain beneficiaries have died or are no longer in favour. Further, some assets may have been disposed of, and the preferred beneficiary would end up with nothing.
