Phillip Coburn,

Phillip is dual qualified as a Solicitor and Chartered Legal Executive (formerly known as a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives), having qualified as a Fellow of ILEX in 2006, and as a Solicitor in 2011.

He has worked together with John Burd and Michael Ward since 1998 gaining a great deal of experience in most areas of litigation, although specialising in Personal Injury (being a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers), Housing (Private and Publicly Funded) and Debt Recovery. In particular, Phillip has a great deal of interest in working for Landlord clients and has put in to place a fixed fee structure for this area of work.

Phillip is married and outside of the office enjoys attending Liverpool FC matches, socialising with friends and reading.
