Funding Public Funding from the Legal Services Commission Private No win no fee (in some disrepair cases)

For private paying clients we are extremely competitive on cost. Our level of charge out rate will depend on the experience of the fee earner who will be dealing with your case. In some cases clients may be eligible for public funding (Legal Aid) depending on their level of income. Burd Ward has achieved a Category 1 status from the Legal Services Commission, demonstrating a very high level of quality service to our clients and good working practices.
