Burd Ward undertakes a wide range of legal work for clients drawn mainly from the Merseyside area. The exception to this is our Defendant Insurance Department who have a countrywide clientele who are represented at local High Courts and County Courts throughout England and Wales.

Our approach in dealing with clients is friendly and efficient, making the client feel both welcome and confident that his or her legal affairs will be dealt with in a business like and competent manner.

All of our staff, at every level, have an important part to play in providing a service to the public which we believe should be of the highest quality. We do not measure success merely on attaining standards however, but ensuring that all personnel within the firm judge their actions from the client's viewpoint
